Designed for new installations, this steel hanger bar has adjustable joist spacing that ranges from 16-inches to 24-inches. The kit includes high-strength hardened screws for secure mounting and (1) steel electrical box with a wiring capacity of 16 cubic inches. Weight limitations on the brace include 70-pounds for ceiling fans and 110-pounds for lighting fixtures. All mounting hardware and easy-to-follow instructions are included for a quick installation.
