For Researchers
Universal Security Instruments aims to keep its products safe for everyone. If you are a security researcher and have discovered a security vulnerability in our product, website, or service, we appreciate your help in disclosing it to us in a responsible manner.
Please send your report to techsupport.security@feit.com. Include a description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce it, and any relevant screenshots or proof-of-concept code. We will investigate all reports and work to address confirmed issues promptly.
We ask that researchers not exploit vulnerabilities beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue and allow us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure.

If you feel your account may have been compromised or you suspect unauthorized access to a Universal Security Instruments product or service, please contact our support team immediately. Your issue will be investigated promptly and thoroughly.
