Auto sensitivity calibration provides superior nuisance alarm protection and creates consistency in alarm sensitivity. Additional automatic features include a self-diagnostics check and a sensitivity adjustment for changes in temperature or humidity. This alarm also features a single silence/test button to temporarily quiet a non-hazardous alarm, an end-of-service life warning to signal replacement and (2) tamper resistant locking features to prevent unauthorized removal.
